Job Description
Job Summary: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring an exceptional experience with professionalism and friendliness.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests, handle inquiries, process check-ins/check-outs, provide local information, and maintain reception area.
Requirements: 2 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and a customer service attitude. High school diploma required; Hotel Management certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
