Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: $250,00
Experience: 5–6 years in legal practice (corporate law, litigation, or related fields).
Position Summary: The Legal Associate supports legal operations by conducting research, drafting documents, and providing counsel on legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in litigation and court representation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain client relationships and provide case updates.
Qualifications: LLB degree, Bar admission, and strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
