Job Description

Mojec International Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary & Legal Services Manager. The successful candidate will manage the legal department, provide legal advisory services, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualified applicants should have a First Degree in Law and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the power & energy or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of business and commercial law is essential. A post-graduate qualification or experience in regulatory affairs in the power sector is a plus.
