Job Description
Brit Properties is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee and coordinate all installations and refurbishments, while ensuring equipment upkeep meets health and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting building structures for repairs, managing utility consumption, and supervising staff and contractors.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in facilities management, along with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A degree in facility management or a related field is required, and relevant certifications will be an advantage.
