Job Description
Xymbolic Development Ltd. is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations at our Hacienda Agro property in Ibadan, Oyo State. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plantation activities, supervising farmworkers, and ensuring the implementation of agricultural best practices.
Key responsibilities include monitoring crop performance, managing budgets, and reporting progress to senior management. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and reside in Ibadan.
