Job Description
We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Desk staff member to join our team at JOJE HOSPITAL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of managing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls courteously
- Guiding guests and issuing guest badges
- Handling client complaints
- Filing documents
