Job Description
Ripple Impact is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to oversee our HR department. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, address employee inquiries, administer benefits, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, BSc degree, and relevant certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦380,00.00/month | Start Date: 02/01/2025
