Job Description
Talent Pool Resources Network is seeking a skilled HR Officer with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of employment legislation and be able to provide strategic insights into the labor process, with essential negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage job descriptions and the hiring process.
- Orient and train new and existing employees.
- Monitor employee performance.
- Prepare monthly payroll.
- Advise on policies and procedures.
- Administer payroll and benefits accurately.
- Ensure employee satisfaction and safety.
- Implement staff development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements: HND/BSc in relevant fields with 2-4 years of experience. Salary: N170,00 – N180,00 net per month.
