Job Description
BAS Capital Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Officer/Company Secretary. This crucial role is responsible for overseeing our regulatory compliance framework and ensuring robust corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all financial services laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance risks.
- Advise management on regulatory changes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
