Job Description
Samic-Idea Multiventure is seeking a Customer Support Assistant for an office-based position. The ideal candidate will promptly and professionally handle customer requests, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate solutions.
- Utilize Android devices effectively to assist customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements:
- SSCE certificate required.
- Familiarity with Android devices is essential.
