Job Description
Job Summary
The Customer Service and Warranty Specialist at Fine Brothers Limited is responsible for managing the lifecycle of DOA (Dead on Arrival) and warranty devices. This includes receiving, registering, and sending faulty devices, as well as reporting and maintenance operations in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities include monitoring faulty devices in transit, confirming receipt from branches, registering them in repair software, and communicating with service centers. You will also generate reports for management, ensure devices are in sellable condition, and address all issues related to accessories and laptops.
