Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk/Customer Experience Officer to join our dynamic team at Sparkles Press. This role ensures exceptional service for our clients from the moment they enter our facility.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calls and emails, process customer orders, maintain a clean front desk, resolve inquiries, assist in scheduling, and promote our services.
Qualifications: Higher National Diploma or higher, proven customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦90,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month | Location: Abakaliki.
