Job Description
Role Summary
We are hiring an Client Acquisition Manager to engage pre-qualified Instagram leads, build relationships with food brands, caterers, chefs, and hospitality businesses, and convert them into paying clients or strategic partners.
This role focuses on direct outreach, persuasion, follow-ups, and closing, not content creation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct outreach via:
- Instagram DMs
- WhatsApp / phone (where applicable)
- Personalize outreach messages based on lead profile
- Pitch our product/service clearly and confidently
- Handle objections and educate prospects
- Book discovery calls or close deals directly
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM / spreadsheet
- Follow up consistently until conversion or disqualification
- Collaborate with founder/team to refine pitch and messaging
Required Skills & Experience
Must-have
- Proven experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or lead generation
- Strong written communication (email & DM persuasion)
- Comfortable pitching and handling objections
- Experience selling to SMEs, food businesses, hospitality, or creatives is a plus
- Ability to work with leads lists (CSV, Excel, CRM)
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or subscriptions
- Familiarity with Instagram-based outreach
- Background in handling local business sales

- CRM (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
Target KPIs (Very Important)
These KPIs ensure they’re closing, not just “messaging”.
Activity KPIs (Daily / Weekly)
- Leads contacted per day: 15–25
- Follow-ups per lead: 3–6 touches
- Response rate: ≥ 25%
- Qualified conversations per week: 10–20
Conversion KPIs
- Lead → Conversation rate: 25–35%
- Conversation → Meeting/Call booked: 20–30%
- Meeting → Client/Partner conversion: 10–20%
Revenue / Outcome KPIs
- New clients closed per month: 5–15
Compensation Structure
- Subject to increase review based on performance and conversion.
- Commission per closed deal (5%).
- Performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets.
