Job Description
WAVE seeks a skilled Barista to join a busy café in Lekki Phase 1. Full-time, permanent role; salary ₦130,00/month. Schedule: seven days a week (one day off); no accommodation provided. Responsibilities include preparing coffee and specialty drinks to standard recipes, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, handling POS and cash, managing stock, and delivering friendly, professional customer service. Candidates should have barista or café experience, basic coffee preparation knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to hygiene and detail, and ability to work under pressure. Must live in or be able to commute easily to Lekki Phase 1.
