Position Summary

Ensures smooth clinic operations by handling patient communication, scheduling, records management, and assisting eye care professionals with administrative tasks.

Essential Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, clinic management software)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical or eye clinic
Knowledge of basic eye-care terms (e.g., refraction, visual acuity, frames, lenses)
Ability to maintain accurate records
