Job summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s loan products to new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and digital channels.
- Educate customers on loan features, benefits, and repayment terms.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with onboarding and loan application processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the system.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with credit, customer care, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/loan management systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discipline.
- Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).

- Basic Salary: ₦75,00 (subject to review based on experience)
