Job Description
The ideal Business Development Manager will lead a team, manage daily operations, and uphold service quality at Rizoka Technologies Limited. Key duties: provide leadership, oversee operations and finances (budgets, payroll, forecasting), recruit and train new hires, and drive employee development. Candidates must have strong administrative and communication skills, proven leadership, reliability, and comfort with financial oversight. Minimum qualification: BSc/HND in Management or related field. Experience: at least 2 years (entry-level experience acceptable). Working hours: Full Time.
