Job Description
Acti-Tech Limited is hiring a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, reports, filing, meeting preparation and minutes, liaising with staff and stakeholders, handling confidential information, and supporting daily office operations. Minimum qualification: degree; entry level with about 1 year experience; full-time. Required skills: excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and time-management, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A law degree is an advantage. Discretion, multitasking, and attention to deadlines are essential.
