Job Description
Careers Verified is hiring a Customer Service Sales Executive. Provide excellent service to walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; assess needs, recommend products, upsell and cross-sell to meet targets; resolve complaints, process orders and payments, maintain records, and follow up to ensure retention. Collaborate with sales and operations and adhere to company policies. Requirements: SSCE minimum; prior customer service or sales experience a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused attitude; ability to work under pressure; basic MS Word, Excel, and CRM skills; good problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦70,00–₦80,00 per month.
