Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Documentation Specialist to prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation. You will verify bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensure compliance with trade regulations, coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams, and maintain accurate records in our ERP. Requirements: 2+ years logistics documentation experience, familiarity with Incoterms and export/import procedures, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work under deadlines and handle high volumes preferred.
