Job Description
Monarch Group Limited seeks a results-driven Business Development Officer with demonstrated experience in entertainment and sponsorship to secure partnerships, close deals, and elevate brand visibility. The role requires identifying sponsorship opportunities for events and talent, developing strategic partnerships, pitching and negotiating agreements, managing industry relationships, and analyzing market and audience trends. You will coordinate with internal teams to execute activations and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Requirements: proven business development or entertainment marketing experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, industry insight, independence, and a goal-oriented professional approach.
- Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦150,00–₦250,00/month.
