Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will schedule and train staff, assign duties, inspect rooms and public areas, manage laundry and supply inventories, and enforce safety and hygiene protocols. The role requires promptly handling guest requests and effective problem-solving while reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible hours including weekends and the physical stamina to perform operational duties
