Job Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Officer to drive sell-out of our seasoning range across assigned territories. The role requires expanding retail distribution, improving on-shelf visibility, visiting shops, supermarkets and distributors, onboarding new accounts, achieving daily and monthly sales targets, recording activities, and submitting regular reports.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc qualification
- 1–3 years’ FMCG or field sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with local market routes and retail channels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
