Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Culinary Assistant to support the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe testing, food preparation, inventory management, and daily kitchen coordination. The position maintains high culinary standards, ensures operational efficiency, and assists with banquet and event setups.
- Support recipe development and quality control
- Supervise line cooks and coordinate workflow
- Manage ingredient ordering, stock control, and sanitation compliance
- Adapt to flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in professional kitchens, culinary training or equivalent experience, excellent organizational and communication skills.
