Job Description
Lead and develop our worship ministry by directing choirs and bands, selecting and arranging repertoire, and coordinating volunteers for weekly services and special events. You will plan seasonal services, recruit and mentor musicians, and manage rehearsal schedules, the music library, and the music budget.
- Requirements: 3+ years of church music leadership; strong vocal and instrumental skills (piano/guitar preferred); experience in arranging and rehearsal planning.
- Abilities: team leadership, familiarity with sound and technical systems, excellent communication, and effective collaboration with pastoral staff.
