Job Description
Watolex Crown Integrated Services seeks a detail-oriented Tender Administrator to manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle in Lagos. This full-time role includes drafting, reviewing, and submitting bids on e-tender platforms; coordinating internal and external stakeholders; tracking timelines; maintaining document systems; and conducting won/lost bid analyses. Candidates should hold a B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in tender/bid management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills are required. Ability to work under pressure and support sales/commercial teams is essential. Competitive monthly salary: ₦150,00–₦250,00.
