Job Description
Kreditek Stride Limited is seeking a dynamic, articulate, and goal-driven Customer Service Representative to boost sales productivity and revenue. The role includes marketing loan products to targeted customers, responding to calls and emails about applications, payments, and accounts, greeting clients, explaining loan terms and policies, listening to concerns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND; 1–2 years’ customer service experience; strong verbal and written communication; proven customer service skills; ability to meet loan/investment targets.
