Job Description
Homland Ivy Homes Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive based in Makurdi. The successful candidate will generate and close residential and commercial leads, manage client relationships, conduct property inspections, present listings, negotiate transactions, support marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records, and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in sales or business development (real estate experience a plus); strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; solid knowledge of the local market.
- Qualifications: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00 per month.
