Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks an experienced Club Manager to lead daily operations of our club on Sapele Road, Benin City. This full-time position (₦150,00–₦200,00/month) requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, clear communication, effective problem-solving, and solid knowledge of hotel and club operations.
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
- Manage, motivate, and train staff to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
- Coordinate departments and enforce policies and service standards
