Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR compliance at our busy property. The role encompasses hiring, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and hotel policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and seamless onboarding
- Oversee performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate payroll and administer employee benefits
- Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years of hotel HR experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems.
