Job Description
Elevated HR Limited seeks an experienced IT Sales and Business Development Manager to drive structured, measurable growth from our Yaba, Lagos office.
- Execute cluster-based go-to-market plans and convert SMB prospects into customers.
- Coordinate customer audits, advance leads to closure, support partner onboarding, and maintain CRM pipeline and SOP compliance.
- Provide clear reporting with weekly visibility on progress.
Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s in a relevant field, minimum 3 years IT sales experience, outcome-oriented, able to work independently, and experienced with long-cycle B2B SMB sales. Compensation: ₦300,00/month base plus commission and performance incentives.
