Job Description
Ferdie Marie seeks a full-time Bid Specialist to manage end-to-end bid processes, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting compliant, competitive proposals. The role requires conducting market and client research, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining bid records, and monitoring industry trends to improve win rates. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- Proven bid management or proposal-writing experience;
- Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
