Job Description
StarList Consulting seeks a full-time Business Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight and budgeting, sales and profitability reporting, staff recruitment and training, policy enforcement, market and competitor analysis, and resolution of operational issues.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and proven management experience.
- Required skills: strong leadership, communication, analytical and financial abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools.
- Work location: in person. Compensation: From ₦300,00.00 per month.
