• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant certification from a recognized body (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ACA).
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA are optional but advantageous.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial management.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax management.
• Experience in managing internal and external audits.
