Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and guest service at our retail/food outlet. You will manage scheduling, inventory control, sales targets, visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes training and motivating the team, addressing customer feedback, and preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail or F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills; basic P&L familiarity
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability required
