Job Description
Alfred & Victoria Associates is seeking an Account Management Officer to develop and maintain strong client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs while actively seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, clearly communicating progress, and addressing client requests. The ideal candidate will have a BA/B.Sc Degree, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
