Job Description
The Customer Relations Associate will cultivate strong customer relationships, handle inquiries via phone and email, address and resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will record interactions in the CRM and coordinate with sales and operations to implement timely solutions.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; one year of customer service experience preferred.
