Job Description
StarList Consulting is seeking a proactive, people-oriented Human Resources Officer to oversee daily HR operations. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinating performance appraisals and training, supporting payroll and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor law.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 2–3 years of HR experience; solid knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor law; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to confidentiality; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month. Work Location: On-site.
