Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training, HR policy compliance, personnel records, KPI appraisals, and payroll support. This full-time position offers up to ₦250,00 per month. Candidates living in or near Surulere are preferred.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management or related field; 2–3 years of HR experience; strong HR knowledge; leadership, organizational, communication, and technical skills; adaptable to corporate governance.
- Key duties: vet candidates, mediate workplace disputes, administer benefits, organize training, ensure labor law compliance, and support payroll processes.
