We seek a professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, drafting correspondence and documents, handling confidential information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves project coordination and occasional remote tasks.

• Requirements: strong organizational skills, discretion, excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and proficiency with standard office software.
• Prior experience in executive assistance or office administration preferred; flexible, professional demeanor required.
