Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Early Childhood Education to oversee curriculum, teacher development, and family engagement for our preschool programs. The ideal candidate will champion play-based learning, inclusive practices, and evidence-based approaches that produce measurable child outcomes.

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment systems.
• Coach and mentor teachers to strengthen instructional practice and program quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate partnerships with families and community organizations.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a minimum of five years of leadership experience in ECE, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of mentoring staff and improving program outcomes.
