Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to support daily food preparation and plating under the supervision of the Chef de Partie. Duties include basic knife skills, vegetable preparation, ingredient portioning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and complying with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Requirements: culinary school training or at least one year of kitchen experience, strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced team, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
