2poshbeauty seeks a professional Sales Representative to welcome customers, advise on product selection, and explain features, usage, and benefits. Responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling to optimize sales, maintaining attractive displays and organized shelves, and ensuring store cleanliness. Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash and card payments. Stay informed about new product arrivals, promotions, and beauty trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business, address customer concerns courteously, and escalate issues when necessary. Assist with inventory counts, stock management, and restocking. Openings available for Full-time, Permanent, Internship, and New Graduate candidates.
