Job Description
We seek a formal, experienced Business Manager to lead operations at our upscale spa. You will oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable growth.
- Manage budgets, staffing schedules, inventory, vendor relationships, marketing initiatives, and service standards.
- Train and mentor staff, resolve guest concerns, monitor KPIs, and implement operational improvements.
- Requirements: 3+ years in spa or hospitality management, strong financial acumen, proven leadership, proficiency with POS and scheduling systems, excellent communication, flexible availability, and a passion for wellness and customer service.
