Job Description
Bridgegap Consults Limited is hiring full-time Direct Sales Agents in Lagos to execute face-to-face sales and customer engagement across assigned territories.
- Responsibilities: drive direct sales; identify and approach customers; meet daily/weekly/monthly targets; build strong customer relationships; provide accurate product information; handle inquiries; submit daily sales reports with market feedback.
- Requirements: minimum OND (Bachelor’s preferred); 1–2 years of direct/field sales experience; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; results-driven and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: ₦120,00–₦150,00 monthly plus performance commission, data & airtime allowance, transport support, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
