Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Control Officer to strengthen our compliance and risk management framework. The incumbent will design, implement, and monitor internal controls across operations to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform risk assessments and conduct internal audits
- Prepare control reports and propose process improvements
- Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in internal audit or internal control; strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills; professional certification (CIA or CPA) preferred.
