Job Description
UNCLE T’S RESTAURANT seeks a full-time Supervisor to assist the Manager and Chef in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, delegating duties, supervising food and beverage preparation and presentation, and ensuring prompt, courteous customer service. The Supervisor will maintain quality and safety standards, educate team members on menu ingredients and allergens, enforce personal and food safety protocols, and ensure sanitation compliance. The role requires guest interaction to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and authorize refunds when appropriate. Lead weekly staff meetings to motivate personnel, improve productivity, and perform assigned administrative tasks.
Compensation: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month. Job Type: Full-time.
