Job Description
Lead and expand a district sales team for insurance products. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate agents to meet sales targets and improve policy persistency. Develop and execute territory plans, build and maintain relationships with brokers and key corporate clients, and analyze market trends to drive sustainable business growth. Monitor team performance, manage district budgets, and report results to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Minimum 5 years in insurance sales with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven leadership, negotiation, coaching, and communication skills
- Target-driven mindset and strong analytical ability
- Valid driver’s license
