Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen personnel and oversee daily culinary operations. The role includes coordinating food preparation, maintaining presentation and quality standards, managing inventory and food costs, enforcing sanitation and safety protocols, training and scheduling staff, and supporting the head chef with menu execution and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen, demonstrated leadership and communication skills, a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to perform reliably in a fast-paced environment.
