Job Description
Odixcity Consulting seeks remote bilingual Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound customer calls across regions. Candidates must communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and represent the company professionally.
- Responsibilities: manage and document calls, provide accurate information, resolve issues, follow scripts and quality standards, and meet performance targets.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years in call center or customer support; fluent in English and another language; clear voice; CRM and basic computer skills; prior remote work experience; reliable internet and noise‑cancelling headset; availability for shift work.
Salary: N500,00 (non‑negotiable).
